Born in 1951 and brought up in Devon, Andrew is a biologist, a naturalist, writer and wildlife film-maker. He has travelled extensively, filming in over 35 different countries and is the author of six books on natural history.
Actively involved in conservation, Andrew is a landowner who tries to practice what he preaches in the woodlands and pastures of his own farm close to the Teign Estuary.
He is Chairman of the Devon Wildlife Trust, Vice-President of the Isles of Scilly Environmental Trust and a Trustee of the National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth.
